In memory of you

In memory of you “Daddy” We started an orchard. Planting the peach, pear and cherry tree’s. Like you were planning to do with us in the spring. How could you leave us like that? We had plans, many of them were your plans, remember? In my purse is your list of plants, and seeds you had me write in the winter, for the spring garden. I fill my shopping cart, but before checkout, I feel great pain and sadness in my chest, I turn around and put them back. How could you leave us like that? We can’t plant your garden, without “you” Daddy!  Gardening  without us all, is just too painful!   Marjorie Tarver Vaughan
